The service

Who's my Secret Santa is a service by Akorda (akorda.es) to organize Secret Santa draws: create groups, invite by email, draw names and chat anonymously with your match and whoever's gifting you.

Your account

• Give real details and keep your password safe: what happens with your account is on you.
• One account per person and per email.
• You can stop using the service whenever you want and ask us to delete your account.

Play fair

• Only invite people who expect your invitation. No spam.
• In the chats, respect: no illegal content, harassment, threats or other people's data without their permission.
• Don't try to uncover other people's assignments or bypass the service's security.

If someone breaks these rules we can suspend or close their account.

The draw

The draw is random, honors the blocks set by the organizer and can't be undone or repeated. If someone leaves the group afterwards, the chain is repaired without redrawing. The game mode chosen when creating the group can't be changed.

Your content

What you write (messages, wishlists, group names) is yours. You give us permission to store it and show it to whoever it belongs to within the game, and only for that.

Warranties and liability

We do our best to keep everything working and the secret intact, but the service is provided as is, with no warranty of continuous availability. We're not liable for gifts, agreements between participants or content posted by others, except where the law doesn't allow exclusion.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll let you know. The date above marks the latest version.
